Seeking blissful relaxation or help with pain & injuries? We are here to nurture, un-knot and de-stress you from head to toe.
Massage is one of the oldest, and most enjoyable, forms of therapy. Each of our therapists can work in a wide range of styles from full-body deep-tissue massage through to specialist approaches including advanced clinical techniques, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, hot stones, trigger point, myofacial release, digestive health, pregnancy, post-natal, fertility, Indian Head massage, Ayurvedic massage, aromatherapy and more.
The team members have been carefully hand-picked by our clinical director for their outstanding skills, extensive experience and warm, caring personalities. Our therapists are here for you 7 days a week, and also offer evening appointments.
There's a broad range of skills amongst the team - several members offer sessions that can be combined with other services including reiki and cranio-sacral therapy.

Meet the team
Massage activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which governs the body’s processes of relaxation, digestion, repair and rebalancing.
It reduces levels of the stress hormone cortisol, and boosts the hormones responsible for health and happiness (oxytocin and endorphins), promoting relaxation and improving sleep. By softening all the muscles in the body that attach to our joints, it is also an effective way to improve joint mobility and overall flexibility. Regular massage is so good for your health - and it feels amazing!
The Tree of Life Centre is the proud home of Brighton & Hove's premier Massage Team, bringing together 10 of the best and most experienced therapists in Sussex, carefully hand-picked by our clinical director for their outstanding skills, extensive experience and warm, caring personalities.
