Osteopathy
Welcome to Sussex's leading team of Osteopaths
Osteopathy is well known for its success in helping back pain, joint problems, posture and rehabilitation from injuries - if you need help, you've found the right place...
But the scope of how osteopathy can help is wider than many people expect. Our osteopaths work with patients of all ages, from babies and children through to adults and the elderly, with a broad range of issues beyond pain and injury - including digestive health, headaches, womens health, stress, and nervous system regulation.
Whatever's brought you here, you'll be treated by someone with the experience and skill to help you understand what's going on, and get you back to feeling like yourself. And whoever you see, you will be met with the highest standards of care, safety, empathy and kindess.

A Highly Qualified, Holistic Team
The Tree of Life Centre's osteopathic team includes some of the most experienced and talented osteopaths in Sussex. All are registered with the General Osteopathic Council, and bring many years of training and a broad, holistic skillset, meaning every treatment is uniquely tailored to you, your needs, and your preferences.
Most of our osteopaths also draw on cranial, functional and visceral techniques as part of their practice, and all will give you personalised advice on things you can do at home to support your health and wellbeing between sessions. If you're specifically looking for Cranial Osteopathy, you can read more about this service here.
For many, a short course of treatment is all it takes to resolve the issue that brought them in. But we also see many of the same faces return over the years, as life brings new strains and challenges. Others embrace regular osteopathy sessions as part of their self care. Our osteopaths often treat multiple generations of the same family, something we consider a huge privilege, and a sign of the trust placed in us.
