Vicky is a Level 3 Qualified Mat Pilates Teacher with a passion for helping people to feel good in their bodies. With a background in Performing Arts and having danced from a young age, she has
always found joy in movement. After years of working behind a desk promoting artists, Vicky is now keen to help others connect with their bodies and experience the incredible benefits of Pilates.
Vicky’s classes offer participants a space to let go of any tension they may be holding from the day, to focus on their breathing and the details of their movement - all whilst building strength to improve their day-to-day. Her mixed level sessions have something for all levels of experience, are uplifting and aim to leave you feeling revitalised.
Pilates – General Level, Saturdays 8:15-9:15am
An invigorating morning class guiding you through the Pilates principles for a balanced, full body workout. This mixed level, creative and varied session aims to leave you feeling refreshed and reconnected to your body. Focussing on the key Pilates principles of concentration, control, precision, centring, breath and flow – we will work to improve strength and increase flexibility whilst releasing any tension you may be holding.
