About Samantha

Samantha is an embodied yoga teacher who offers a more intuitive and individual approach to movement. Rather than focusing on fixed shapes or alignment, her teaching centres on how each body feels, encouraging movement that can be adapted to suit every person. Her classes are guided by the understanding that there is no one size that fits all, creating space for each individual to move in a way that feels supportive and right for them.

Samantha completed her 200-hour yoga teaching training with Embodied Beings, where she developed this approach further, and later specialised in prenatal yoga. Her prenatal training deepened her understanding of the body through pregnancy and the birth journey, allowing her to support pregnant people with care, awareness, and respect for each stage.

Alongside her work in yoga, Samantha is also a nutritionist and wellbeing coach. She supports those navigating weight struggles and disordered eating, shaped by her own lived experience. This brings a deeper level of empathy for her work, as well as a geniune understanding of the challenge many people face.

Samantha brings warmth and presence to every class, with the intention that each person feels seen, supported, and held in a way that is both gentle and real.

Prenatal Yoga with Samantha

Weekly on Fridays from 6:30-7:30pm

This prenatal yoga class offers a calm and supportive space for self-enquiry, inviting you to slow down or move more freely, connect with your body, and feel at ease during pregnancy. It is a space to step away from daily demands and return to yourself, building trust in your body as it changes.

Each session is designed to gently build strength, improve mobility, and ease areas of tension that can arise during pregnancy. Through steady, mindful movement, you will be supported in finding comfort in your body, while also developing awareness you can carry into birth and beyond.

There is a strong focus on breath and relaxation, with simple techniques to help calm the nervous system and support you in moments of intensity. Time is also give to rest, allowing both you and your baby to settle and restore.

All classes are adaptable to every stage of pregnancy, with options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for you on the day. No previous yoga experience is needed. Whether you arrive feeling tired, energised, uncertain, or grounded, you will be welcomed exactly as you are and supported to leave feeling more connected, more comfortable, and at ease.

Disclaimer: Students are welcome to join from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards. If you’d like to attend earlier, you’re very welcome to do so, as long as  you feel comfortable. The first trimester can be a more sensitive time, so we simply encourage you to listen to your body and take things at your own pace. All movements in the class are gentle and designed to be safe for both you and your baby at every stage.
