Baby massage classes

Baby massage classes are a great way to connect with your baby, learn techniques to support their development and physical health and meet other new parents in a nurturing, friendly space.

Sally offers two types of baby massage class. 

Her weekly course on Thursdays at 10:45am runs for 5 weeks at £55 including oil and handbook. There are 8 spaces available. Babies are welcome from 6 weeks to 6 months. Everyone is welcome in these  friedly classes. We take our time, are completely baby-led, so you feel as comfortable and supported as possible no matter how you're feeling that day! 

Alternatively, Sally also runs a monthly baby massage class for parents which is held on Sundays at £15 per place. 

Baby massage is amazing for you and your baby to enjoy in the classes and at home - we look forward to you joining us! 

About Sally

Supporting families through pregnancy, birth and into new family life is my absolute passion. Having my own children as well as working with families for many years, I have lots of experience and understand the realities of family life. 

As well as supporting families in the local community, I am also a Hypnobirthing Antenatal Teacher and Doula supporting people through both pregnancy and birth, and postnatally as a Baby Massage Teacher and Doula. 

I bring all my knowledge to my classes and provide a gentle, whole-rounded approach. My main emphasis is on empowerment and being informed so you feel confident to make the right choices for you and your baby.
