Rachel qualified as a Body Control Pilates instructor over 16 years ago, She originally trained as a dancer before taking a degree in performing arts. In her early career, Rachel taught circuit training, aerobics and aqua aerobics. After developing a specialist interest in supporting the rehabilitation of her clients, it was a natural step for Rachel to train as a pilates instructor.
In addition to her qualification in Body Control Pilates, Rachel has achieved Level 4 on the Register of Exercise Professionals. Over the past decade she has run a wide range of regular classes and one-to-one sessions in Sussex. Her extensive experience includes teaching clients with a wide range of needs and conditions, including pre- and post-pregnancy, osteoporosis and multiple sclerosis.
Rachel's popular general level pilates class is mat-based and open to all levels of ability, including beginners. It is a hybrid class which you can either attend in the studio or you can join online, at your preference.
