About Emily
Somatic Yoga Coach | Neuro Biomechanics Specialist | Somatic Experiencing® | MSc Psychology and Neuroscience of the Mind-Body Interface
Emily Kennedy Barnes is a yoga teacher, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), and Mind-Body Neuroscientist. She holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of the Mind-Body Interface from Kings's College London and integrates applied neuroscience into her teaching to help students feel safer, steadier and freer in their bodies.
Energising Neuro Flow
Mondays 8am-9am and Wednesdays 7am-8am
Two chances each week to begin your day with intention. These classes blend rhythmic Vinyasa movement with applied neuroscience - drawing on breath and nervous system awareness to support strength, fluid movement and mental clarity. Steady, grounded and energising - you'll leave feeling ready for whatever the day brings.

Somatic Workshops
Monthly on Sundays from 2pm-3:30pm
Monthly Somatic Sessions, designed to engage the “Living Body” using principles from Somatic Experiencing® (SE®), Yoga and Neuroscience. Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and supportive, ensuring that each participant feels safe and connected throughout the session.
Somatic Experiencing Therapy
