About Clare
Clare has been practising Yoga for twenty years, having mostly worked with Scaravelli teachers. She greatly enjoys the continuing discoveries and wonders that Yoga brings to her life. Being able to pass these explorations and experiences onto her students is the reason she teaches today.
Scaravelli-inspired Yoga with Clare
Mondays from 9:30-10:30am and 10:45-11:45am
Scaravelli Yoga is suitable for anyone curious who wishes to discover ways to integrate the body and mind in an harmonious and intelligent way.
Each class explores the potential freedom in our bodies through breath and awareness, and how this comes into play to bring lightness to our postures.
Clare was trained by Dot Bowen and Rebecca Barkans at Integrity Yoga, Brighton.
Suitable for all levels of experience and backgrounds.
Nourishing Yoga with Clare
Tuesdays 8:15-9am
Nourishing yoga follows the same principles as Clare's scaravelli- inspired yoga on Monday mornings.
This 45 minute class explores postures and breathwork, in a fun and creative way, with the use of props to help promote feelings of well-being and positivity.
Relaxation and meditation are also included, leaving you feeling nourished and refreshed, and a sense of harmony in your mind, body and spirit.
