Claire has been teaching yoga since 2007 and has been supporting women with their post-natal recoveries for more than a decade.
In addition to being a certified mum and baby yoga teacher, Claire is also certified in the Restore Your Core method (a combination of yoga, pilates and functional movement) and has undertaken specialist training in supporting women with core issues.
After experiencing diastasis recti after both her pregnancies, taking specialist courses with leading women’s health physios and rehabilitating herself, Claire infuses her classes with useful education and mindful movement that helps to lay the foundations for women to get back to regular exercise with confidence.
The classes provide a welcoming space for mums to connect with others, share some baby bonding time and receive some much needed rest.
Classes are open to all and require no previous yoga experience.
Suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or 8 weeks after a C-section, right up until baby is on the move.
Please note: As with any expertise class after birth, it is always a good idea to get the all-clear from your GP or health visitor before you start classes.
