Christine is the founder of Hello Fitness, a non-diet strength and fitness business, based in Hove and online. She is an experienced Fitness Instructor and Pilates Teacher, specialising in back care, postnatal fitness, injury rehab, as well as strength and mobility. She is passionate about helping her clients move more freely, and feel stronger and more confident in the skin they're in.
Pilates - General Level; Mondays 12-1pm
