About Tasha


Tasha is a warm, compassionate, and highly experienced Gastroenterology Dietitian and CBT Hypnotherapist, with over eight years' experience supporting hundreds of people to reduce digestive symptoms, improve wellbeing, and build a healthier relationship with food. She combines evidence-based nutrition with tools such as gut-directed hypnotherapy, CBT techniques, meditation, relaxation, and breathwork - all tailored to support the nervous system, ease digestive discomfort, and strengthen the gut-brain connection.


Her approach is holistic and client-centred, with hypnotherapy integrated into sessions where appropriate. Reiki and other complementary techniques are incorporated only when welcomed by the client. 



Holistic Gut Health Consultation


This service is designed for clients with digestive issues such as IBS, reflux, bloating, abdominal pain, or stress-related gut discomfort. Sessions combine personalised dietary advice with gut-directed hypnotherapy, CBT techniques, and nervous system regulation to support long-term digestive health and wellbeing.


This service is ideal for clients who:

  •  Experience ongoing digestive symptoms linked to stress or anxiety

  • Want to improve gut health through both nutrition and integrative therapies

  • May also benefit from support with food anxiety or mild disordered eating patterns



Emotional Eating & Food Relationship Support


This service focuses on helping clients build a positive, compassionate relationship with food and their body. It is ideal for people who feel stuck in cycles of food guilt, binge-restrict patterns, cravings, or emotional eating. Sessions may include mindful eating practices, CBT techniques, and hypnotherapy, alongside practical guidance to recorrect with internal hunger/fullness signals and reduce food-related anxiety.


This service is ideal for clients who:

  • Struggle with emotional or stress-related eating

  • Want to develop awareness and regulation around cravings and eating patterns

  • Are seeking tools to strengthen the mind-gut connection and improve their relationship with food

Note: This service is not intended for clients requiring specialist eating disorder treatment.



What to Expect:


Tasha offers a free 20-minute introductory call to explore your goals and discuss which service might be the best fit.


During consultations, she provides tools and techniques, including self-hypnosis recordings and guided meditations, to empower clients to continue benefiting between sessions. Occasional exercises or reflations may be suggested to reinforce progress, all tailored to the client's pace and needs.
