Tasha's Profile
About Tasha
Tasha is a warm, compassionate and highly experienced Gastroenterology Dietitian and CBT Hypnotherapist, specialising in IBS and gut health. With over eight years’ experience in healthcare, she has supported hundreds of people in reducing digestive symptoms and improving their overall wellbeing through personalised dietary advice and integrative therapies.
Her approach is holistic and client-centred, combining evidence-based nutrition with tools such as CBT, gut-directed hypnotherapy, meditation, relaxation, and breathwork. These techniques are tailored to support the nervous system, ease digestive discomfort, and address the gut-brain connection – particularly in cases of IBS, reflux, abdominal pain, bloating, and other functional gut issues.
Tasha originally worked as a full-time NHS Dietitian, but found the scope for truly holistic support was limited in that setting. This led her to expand her practice, training in CBT Hypnotherapy and embracing non-diet approaches such as Mindful Eating and Intuitive Eating. She is also a Reiki Master and trained in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, and she’s happy to integrate these complementary therapies when appropriate and welcomed by her clients.
While much of her training was originally focused on helping clients with IBS, Tasha now uses CBT Hypnotherapy to support people with a wide range of issues, including stress, social anxiety, phobias, ADHD, chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia, burnout, perfectionism, body image concerns, and disordered eating. Having navigated some of these challenges personally, she finds it deeply rewarding to help others on similar journeys.
What to Expect:
Tasha offers a free 20-minute introductory call to discuss what you're seeking support with and to explore how she might be able to help.
Your first full session is 90 minutes, providing time to explore your goals in depth and agree on how you’ll work together. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes, and usually include either a guided meditation or hypnosis.
Tasha shares simple, practical tools and techniques for you to use between sessions to help you make meaningful progress. A key part of her work involves teaching self-hypnosis, empowering you to continue benefiting from the tools long after your sessions have ended.
You’ll also receive audio recordings of any hypnosis or guided meditations used in your sessions, as well as occasional ‘homework’ to help reinforce your progress — all of which will be discussed and agreed upon during your follow-ups.
