About Grace
Grace is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Shiatsu Therapist with over seven years’
experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She supports people experiencing women’s health concerns, chronic pain, and stress-related symptoms. Many of the people she treats are struggling with issues such as painful or irregular cycles, perimenopause, chronic pain and tension, poor sleep, burnout, and symptoms that worsen during stressful or demanding periods of life.
Grace understands how frustrating it can feel when symptoms begin affecting your
energy, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. Her aim is to provide treatments that
help you feel calmer, more balanced, and more at ease in your body over time.
Her approach is holistic and grounded in the understanding that physical symptoms
are often closely connected to emotional wellbeing, stress, and nervous system
health. Through acupuncture, shiatsu, careful diagnosis, and personalised care,
Grace supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, recover, and heal.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a form of therapeutic bodywork that originates from Japan and is rooted in
Traditional Chinese Medicine. Performed through the clothing, it incorporates
acupressure points into a deeply relaxing treatment designed to support the nervous
system and encourage the body’s natural healing response.
In her treatments, Grace integrates traditional Shiatsu techniques with Western
massage approaches to relieve pain, reduce stress, and support women’s health.
Each session is carefully tailored to the individual, combining techniques such as
acupressure, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, deep tissue work, stretching,
and gentle manipulation.
Acupuncture
In her acupuncture treatments, Grace combines gentle needling techniques with
other Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapies such as palpation, moxibustion,
and gua sha. Using a variety of diagnostic methods, she creates treatment plans
designed around each person’s symptoms, health history, and overall wellbeing.
