About Vinyass Flow with Nicola

Vinyasa Yoga is beneficial for everyone, it is a process which helps reconnect to our true inner selves, to gain a sense of peace, calm and wellbeing, creating a balanced lifestyle.

Vinyasa is characterised by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly combining movement, poses, breathing and relaxation.

The class starts with a breathing exercise usually lying down, a warm-up, followed by a gentle flow of poses incorporating rest points throughout, fun balancing techniques, core work and finishes with stillness/rest.

The class is suitable for everyone, with or without any yoga experience.

About Nicola

Nicola is a talented and friendly yoga teacher with a longstanding passion for health and wellbeing. As she explains, 

"I've been practising yoga for 13 years and began this journey with some hardcore power yoga, Bikram! Throughout the years, experiencing many different styles of yoga, I started to realise all styles were beneficial at different times in our lives and that no yoga style was better than another.

This is how I arrived at Vinyasa flow, a style that incorporated breath, core, postures, relaxation and meditation all mixed up in a gentle or strong flow (its your choice on what level you take it to, depending on how you feel on the day!), I will guide and support you throughout the class."
