Niamh comes from a dance background and discovered Pilates as a way to nurture and rehabilitate her body after an injury. It helped her understand her body in new ways, becoming pain free, with improved posture, strength & flexibility.
Niamh believes that as a practice Pilates can transform your physical & mental strength, enhance self awareness and improve control and flexibility. Helping to develop a robust & resilient body Pilates can also be a great complementary practice to enhance performance in any other training you may do, whilst also being equally beneficial as a solo practice.
General Level Pilates
These classes focus on strengthening and lengthening through the body. We work to improve strength, paying close attention to the core, posture, alignment and overall body awareness. There is a focus on stretching at the end of each class, in order to improve flexibility, reduce stress and ease muscle tension.
Pilates 1:1 classes
