About Hannah
Hannah acted professionally for many years before she realised that being on stage and film wasn’t that great for her mental health! Since taking a backseat, she has become fascinated by the body, mind connection and has extensively trained in Pilates and Garuda and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. She is about to embark on a 3-year councillor training to add another string to her bow. She lives in Hove with her teenager and beloved pooch Winnie.
NEW - Community Chair Pilates Class
Fridays 9:45-10:45am / £5 per class
This class is for folk who might not want to get down on the floor. We will work out in a chair and add some standing exercises to challenge and foster balance (don’t worry, you can hold onto the wall!) We may use a weight or two and some stretchy bands (nothing too athletic J) Bring your sense of humour and you may even build up a sweat!
Emphasis is on community and having fun whilst working on your core, building up your muscles and stretching them, and meeting some lovely people too!
If you're not into computers and booking systems, and you'd like to join this class please email or text Hannah directly on hannahjanewatkins@me.com / 07714 186604
