About Kate

Kate is a highly experienced massage and sports rehabilitation practitioner. She works closely with osteopaths including James Pickard, andl also trains general and advanced techniques to other sports rehabilitation practitioners.

"I have always been interested in the human body especially the way we function and move. In 2012 I graduated from St Mary’s University College with a BSc Honours Degree in Sport Rehabilitation. I am a qualified Level 6 Sports Massage therapist specialising in injury support, rehabilitation and movement enhancement of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. In 2013 I qualified as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor which complements my rehabilitation work as it hugely enhances success in supporting injury prevention and healing.

I have worked alongside many different health professionals within many settings including sports teams and events, multidisciplinary clinics both in Brighton and London.

My passion lies within getting my clients the most positive results, being able to live life to the full and pain free. I truly believe movement is medicine and strive to achieve this within my clients. I ensure all treatments are tailored to the individual, ensuring their needs and goals are met to allow a full return to health. I use a variety of techniques within my practice, a varitey of sport massage and manipulation techniques including trigger point therapy and myofascial release as well as medical acupuncture and exercise prescription."
