Massage styles: Indian Head Massage & Reflexology

Anna is a warm, empathetic, and experienced therapist. After completing her training in her early twenties, Anna worked for many years both in luxury spas and city centre clinics in Warwickshire and London. She offered Therapeutic Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Holistic Facials to clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

She gained further therapeutic training and experience of the healing arts in Thailand, and completed post-grad training in Maternity and Pregnancy Reflexology with the renowned Sally Earlam.

Anna now specialises exclusively in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, having seen the incredible benefits of these treatments on her clients’ whole systems. She offers these wonderful therapies individually, or as a combined treatment.

As a Mum of three boys, Anna really understands the needs and challenges of busy women, parents, and those on their fertility or pregnancy journey. In raising her family, she has gained a wealth of real-world experience in nutrition and homeopathy. She brings a holistic understanding of health and wellbeing to her work with clients, and always makes them feel nurtured, understood, and supported.

Anna's Services

Reflexology: 

This wonderful and deeply de-stressing treatment works on the whole body through the feet. By attending to all your bodies systems and meridian lines, it balances the physical body while unwinding and soothing the mind.

Indian Head massage: 

This nurturing and relaxing treatment starts with a neck and shoulder massage, before moving onto the face and scalp. Our busy and often stressful lives can cause a chronic build-up of tension throughout the head and upper body. This wonderful treatment gently yet effectively melts away tension in the shoulders, neck, jaw, sinuses, head, scalp and brow area. It can be very helpful for issues like headaches, sinus congestion and insomnia, while also having far-reaching benefits for the whole body. Many clients enjoy a profound general relaxation and sense of wellbeing following treatment.

When Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are combined in the same session, all the tension in-between completely unravels. Clients float out of this very special, ‘top to toe’ treatment feeling completely relaxed, unwound, and recharged.
