Bringing the magical world of yoga to children under 5 and their family members, these delightful classes with Iona offer a relaxed, fun and positive time for little ones and their carer to practise yoga.
Taught by: Holly Marsh
Bringing the many benefits of yoga, mindfulness and meditation to Brighton & Hove's 5-12 year olds, these special kids classes offer an inspiring after-school choice for mini-yogis in the making. Classes are taught in a fun, calm and creative environment that specifically support the requirements of children.

These lovely classes offer an adapted adult-style class specifically for teenagers in a supportive, calming and fun environment

Monday Teens Meditation
Lucy 'Elle J' Small
Go from frazzled to free in this one-hour meditation class just for teens. Meditation can be particularly helpful to manage the pressures of everyday life, increase enjoy, improve relationships, and boost our self-esteem and confidence. With regular practice we experience less stress and anxiety and find more clarity and calm. The class combines guided meditation, self-care practices, gentle movement, contemplation, journaling and discussion to build a strong and resilient relationship with yourself.
