Yoga brings many benefits both for our body and mind. Our friendly and inclusive classes welcome new students including beginners. The timetable offers classes throughout the week with a range of styles to suit everyone.
The word ‘Yoga’ means ‘union’, or ‘to link together’. Yoga is based on the understanding that the body and breath are intimately connected with the mind, and that Yoga has a positive effect on all the elements of our being. It emphasises the importance of calming our over-stimulated minds, turning our focus inwards, and cultivating inner peace and a sense of deep connectedness both to our selves and the bigger picture of life.
