About Sarah Glen:

 

As a psychotherapist, Sarah has a particular interest and wide experience of working with the ever more pervasive phenomena of stress, and how it can interfere with our wellbeing, daily lives, and confidence .

 

Working with individuals and organisations, Sarah offers a unique approach which involves gaining a clear and practical understanding of the nature,  origins and  mechanisms of the stress response in order helps us to manage anxiety in a sustainable and effective way. Sarah has designed and delivered a popular and successful course on managing anxiety for the Recovery College in Brighton, and offers specialist one to one sessions focused on reducing stress related symptoms.

 

About Emma Brocklesby:

 

Emma Brocklesby is a yoga teacher and holistic health specialist who is qualified in five different styles of yoga and a wide range of stress-management techniques.

 

With a background in business management and marketing, she knows from her personal experience about the realities of stress and how hard it can be to manage. The course recognises that there is no “one size fits all” solution and Emma’s extensive training means she can offer techniques that can be personalised for effective, life-long stress & anxiety relief.

 

Through uplifting and re-vitalizing yoga sequences, meditation & ancient holistic approaches, she can help you re-connect with what matters and to explore your options for living a happy, healthy life.
