Our very first connection to another human being is with our mothers and it is this relationship that affects how we are in all our subsequent relationships.

Attachment trauma and surviving it affects all of us but the way the mother relates to her son is different from a daughter. She may carry her own unresolved feelings about men, her father, your father, her sexuality or even if she wants a boy at all.

All these are absorbed in the psyche of the baby in the womb and in life. The mother also carries generations of cultural attitudes towards men. And then we have the father!

So the question is : Who am I really? Am I still holding something of my first relationship in how I am? Is what I want MY want or my mother's or father's want? What do I still hold somatically that is not mine and gets triggered in my everyday life with others? Am I truly in my own body?

This workshop gives men the space to resolve their own issues using the IoPT Intention process developed by Franz Ruppert. There will be a short talk on trauma, survival, and the healthy part of our psyche that is motivated to resolve repeated patterns and brings you to this workshop.

It is a drop-in workshop but does need to be booked in advance.
